Return/Replacement Policy
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. With this Bling is pleased to accept returns for unused, non-personalized items in re-sellable condition up to 30 days after you receive your order. Please log into your account to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Please clearly mark this RAN on the outside of all packages being returned. All returns must be returned in their original product packaging, and shipped to the address provided by our Returns Department. We must receive the returned item within 30 business days of issuing the RAN number.
Items that are personalized may not be returned. Items postmarked after the event date will not be accepted for return. Items that show any sign of use or wear will not be accepted for return.
NOTE: Worn shoes cannot be exchanged or returned. If you try the shoes or sandals on with your dress, we ask that you wear hosiery, and only wear the shoes on carpet. If there are toe prints on the shoes or if the soles are scuffed from trying them on, we cannot take them back.
You will receive a full refund for returned items minus the cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Items that are broken or damaged in the return shipment cannot be refunded.
Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned. If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 5 days of receipt of your order. With This Bling will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of With This Bling, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information With This Bling received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted.
Defective & Damaged Products: If you receive any product from www.withthisbling.com that is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, With This Bling will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge. A digital picture may be requested to validate the claim. To alert us of a defective or damaged item please contact us at info{at}withthisbling{dot}com.
Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is missing items please contact us immediately. With This Bling will be happy to supply any missing items if they are reported missing within 5 days of receipt. Please check your shipping confirmation email first. Occasionally, an order may be shipped in multiple shipments.
Non-returnable items: Personal items, such as earrings, intimate apparel, undergarments and petticoats, and all personalized items may not be returned or replaced unless defective or damaged during shipment..
Return requests submitted after the event date will not be authorized since we cannot guarantee that the items are unused. Returned items post marked after the event date will not be accepted as returned.
Unauthorized Returns: Items returned with out prior authorization by the Returns department may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. *Please note if return contains personalized items these items will not be refunded.
Actual Shipping Costs: Returned orders that received free shipping may incur actual shipping costs if not covered by the restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
